Agency terms

These terms cover the free Omni Trips agent portal for Indian travel agencies. Submitting an application does not confirm a booking, and it is not a pilgrim contract.

Registration

There is no subscription, credit wallet, or online payment in this registration. Sending the form does not buy a service and does not confirm a hotel, visa, BRN, or transport booking. Service questions can still go to the B2B WhatsApp +91 99162 34572.

Pending until approved

A new agency stays pending until Omni Trips reviews it. Staff may approve, reject, or later suspend it. Operational tools open only for an approved agency with a verified email. Hajira handles routine approvals.

Agency records

Each agency sees only its own workspace. Do not send customer passports through registration. One agency is not to use another agency's login.

What is not included

The planned registration does not include the Nusuk upload extension, published wholesale rates, or instant confirmation. A service request, when that tool exists, is reviewed manually. Prices are confirmed in a written offer.
